Shipping
Our shipping prices are very competitive and are based on product weight/size or our flat rate shipping charges. We ship via Australia Post for all our apparel and accessories.
We ship twice a week in most instances including Express. These days are Tuesdays and Thursdays to ensure we cover weekend orders and packaging requirements. Express does not guarantee next day shipping, it simply means you are placed ahead in queue for the next available drop off shipping day.
Our flat rate shipping allows for 2 pieces of clothing in your package. Handbags and larger items may need additional shipping cost and maybe charged additionally once your order is placed. This mainly occurs when an item is drastically reduced and there is no margin left for us to cover additional shipping.
Free shipping applies to apparel items only. Shoes, handbags and larger more over sized items will be additional charged.
This will be invoiced to you before shipping occurs.
To calculate the cost of shipping, make a selection from the drop down menu in your shopping cart appropriate to your post code.
Wicked Stitches custom label that are being manufactured will be shipped within 7-14 days of order placed. Any change will be notified to you. Large bulk orders will be advised at time of ordering.
Custom Made Classic Dress Rings will need to allow 4 weeks. Each Ring is individually crafted giving them all a unique slight difference. Whilst they will appear to be the same, each one will be unique. If in doubt of size please order slightly larger as your Dress ring can be resized by your local jeweller.
Please note if a miscalculation on shipping has been selected you will receive an adjustment invoice through paypal to the email address you have supplied us. Note items will not be shipped if an adjustment is required to be paid.
