Hi Everyone,    Firstly thank you to all that have supported us through the years. 

Postage costs have risen and whilst we would like to pocket these we unfortunately cannot with our stock prices being drastically reduced.   

We send most of our orders in Satchels with Australia post.   Sometimes boxes are required at additional cost.    We do not control postage and usually we are out of pocket.     We are rarely compensated the correct amount.   

Sadly some customers think they can order 70 items which includes 6 bags, shoes and multiple other items and only pay what someone else would pay for two bulky bags.   They already had saved more than $700 in total on the products they selected and then told us they would not pay an extra $45 in postage which was the cost to us.    At checkout they incorrectly selected the wrong postage and expected us to wear it.    If the prices were of normal value for what was in their cart I would have clearly shipped it for free.       

Our terms and conditions of shipping and refunds are written for a reason.    It is not Australian to expect a small business to carry all the cost.   

It is written that we can charge additional postage if required on orders that are too big for the selected postage chosen at checkout.
